Tarte Tatin Pearl Onions & Thyme with reblochon and bacon

Ingredients

  • Tarte Tatin Pearl Onions & Thyme
  • Reblochon
  • Bacon
  • Cress

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Place the cheese on top of the Tarte Tatin and bake for 1 minute.
  5. Fry the bacon until crispy and place it on top of the Tarte Tatin.
  6. Finish with cress.
