Tarte Tatin Cherry Tomatoes with anchovies and burrata

Ingredients

  • Tarte Tatin Cherry Tomatoes
  • Anchovies
  • Burrata
  • Pesto
  • Basil

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of pesto on the plate.
  5. Place the Tarte Tatin on top of the pesto.
  6. Top with half a burrata, anchovies and basil.
