Tarte Tatin Apple & Lime with banana ice cream and dulce de leche

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Bring a saucepan of water to boil.
  5. Place the tin of condensed milk in the boiling water and cook for 2 to 3h, depending on the desired thickness of the dulce de leche.
  6. Spread 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche on the plate.
  7. Top this with the warm Tarte Tatin.
  8. Finish with banana ice cream and Crunchy Nut Hazelnut.
