Pasta Carbonara with Cracker Truffle

Preparation

  1. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  2. Deep-fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
  3. Fry the bacon in a hot pan.
  4. Beat the eggs and mix with grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook the pasta in salted water.
  6. Drain the pasta and mix with the mixture of eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Add the fried bacon.
  8. Finish with Cracker Truffle and leaf parsley.
