Gazpacho with Cracker Smoked Pepper

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  2. Deep-fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
  3. Sprinkle the crackers with paprika powder.
  4. Slice the paprika and fry in a pan.
  5. Pour the gazpacho into a bowl.
  6. Place the fried paprika in the gazpacho.
  7. Finish with chopped chives and Caviaroli Chili.
