Caviaroli Chili - Food Revolution by Didess
Preparation
Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
Deep-fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
Sprinkle the crackers with paprika powder.
Slice the paprika and fry in a pan.
Pour the gazpacho into a bowl.
Place the fried paprika in the gazpacho.
Finish with chopped chives and Caviaroli Chili.
