Bordalou Basic with raspberry textures

Ingredients

  • Bordalou Basic
  • Cremeux Raspberry
  • Raspberries
  • Raspberry jam
  • Lime

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Bake at 170°C, thawed approx. 40 minutes, frozen approx. 50 minutes, depending on your type of oven. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Cover the cold bordalou with raspberries and Cremeux Raspberry.
  4. Decorate with lime zest.
