Bordalou Basic with Decorette Meringue Passion

  • Cream
  • Decorette Meringue Passion
  • Lime

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Bake at 170°C, thawed approx. 40 minutes, frozen approx. 50 minutes, depending on your type of oven. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Whisk the cream.
  4. Put the whipped cream on the cold bordalou.
  5. Cover the whipped cream with Decorette Meringue Passion.
  6. Decorate with lime zest.
