These sferas are made from a smooth crémeux based on eggs, cream and white chocolate. Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to East Asia. Thawing time: 5 minutes at room temperature (if immediate use), 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Store at -18°C. After thawing, store for a maximum of 48 hours between 0 and 4°C. Do not refreeze a thawed product.
