Cracker Smoked Pepper

Serve the smoked pepper cracker as an appetizer with your aperitif or as decoration of your dishes. Give more creativity, taste and bite with this cracker based on tapioca. Fry shortly in vegetable oil.

Instructions for use

Deep-fry for about 10 seconds in vegetable oil at 180°C. Fully submerge the cracker using a fry basket, skimmer or tongs. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.

Storage advise

Store at room temperature in closed packaging.
