Cracker Red Curry

Serve the red curry cracker as an appetizer with your aperitif or as decoration of your dishes. Also eligible as a base for an appetizer. Give more creativity, taste and bite with this cracker based on tapioca. Fry shortly in vegetable oil.

Instructions for use

Deep-fry for about 10 seconds in vegetable oil at 180°C. Fully submerge the cracker using a fry basket, skimmer or tongs. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.

Storage advise

Store at room temperature in closed packaging.
