Thai red curry with Cracker Red Curry

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • Carrots
  • Paprika
  • Bamboo sprouts
  • Broccoli
  • Coconut milk
  • red curry paste
  • rice
  • Cracker Red Curry

Preparation

  1. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  2. Deep-fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
  3. Chop the vegetables and fry briefly.
  4. Add curry paste and fry briefly.
  5. Add coconut milk.
  6. Dice the chicken breast and cook in the curry.
  7. Cook the rice.
  8. Serve with Crackers Red Curry.
