Tarte Tatin with poached pear and blue cheese

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Warm the poached pear and cut into slices.
  5. Top the Tarte Tatin with pear slices, blue cheese, Crunchy Nut Hazelnut and cress.
