Tarte Tatin with baked figs and goat's cheese

Ingredients

  • Tarte Tatin Apple & Lime
  • Figs
  • Goat's cheese
  • Crunchy Nut Hazelnut - Food Revolution by Didess
  • Cress

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Cut the figs into 2 and fry in pan with oil.
  5. Place the figs and goat cheese on top of the warm Tarte Tatin.
  6. Finish with Crunchy Nut Hazelnut and cress.
