Tarte Tatin Exotic with confit duck

Ingredients

  • Tarte Tatin Exotic
  • Confit duck
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Mango coulis
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Heat the duck and pull the meat off the bone.
  5. Place the pulled duck on top of the Tarte Tatin.
  6. Finish with hoisin sauce, mango coulis and parsley.
