Tarte Tatin Exotic with coconut

Ingredients:

  • Tarte Tatin Exotic
  • Coconut ice cream
  • Decorette Coconut
  • Mango coulis
  • Lime zeste

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Place the Tarte Tatin on the plate.
  5. Scoop a ball of coconut ice cream and place on top of the warm Tarte Tatin.
  6. Finish with Decorette Coconut, mango coulis and lime zest.
