Tarte Tatin Cherry Tomatoes with Italian Salad

Ingredients

  • Tarte Tatin Cherry Tomatoes
  • Pesto
  • Rocket salad
  • Balsamic cream
  • Pine nuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Fry the pine nuts until golden brown.
  5. Mix the rocket with balsamic cream and pine nuts.
  6. Brush 2 tablespoons of pesto on the plate.
  7. Place the baked Tarte Tatin on top of the pesto.
  8. Top with rpcket salad.
