Stir-fried vegetables in oyster sauce with salmon and Crackers Wasabi

Ingredients

  • Stir-fry vegetables
  • Salmon
  • Oyster sauce
  • Chicken stock
  • Cracker Wasabi
  • Coriander

Preparation

  1. Heat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  2. Deep-fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
  3. Fry the salmon.
  4. Stir-fry the vegetables.
  5. Add oyster sauce and chicken stock to the vegetables and reduce briefly.
  6. Finish the dish with Cracker Wasabi and coriander.
