Stir-fried vegetables in oyster sauce with salmon and Crackers Wasabi

Stir-fry vegetables
Salmon
Oyster sauce
Chicken stock
Cracker Wasabi
Coriander
Preparation
Heat the deep fryer to 180°C.
Deep-fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
Fry the salmon.
Stir-fry the vegetables.
Add oyster sauce and chicken stock to the vegetables and reduce briefly.
Finish the dish with Cracker Wasabi and coriander.
