Pasta Funghi with Cracker Truffle

Ingredients

  • Fusilli
  • Chestnut mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Yellow pepper
  • Beech mushroom
  • Leek
  • Onion
  • Cream
  • Truffle tapenade
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Cracker Truffle

Preparation

  1. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  2. Deep-fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
  3. Cook the pasta in salted water.
  4. Fry the vegetables al dente.
  5. Mix cream and truffle tapenade among the vegetables.
  6. Mix the vegetables with the pasta.
  7. Finish with Cracker Truffle and Parmesan cheese.
