Preparation

1. Finely chop the garlic and fry in olive oil.
2. Add the peeled tomatoes and cook for 8-10 minutes.
3. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
4. Cook the pasta in salted water until tender.
5. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
