Oriental wok with Crackers Red curry

Ingredient

  • Cracker Red Curry
  • Noodle
  • Red pepper
  • Spring onion
  • Garlic
  • Carrot
  • Pepper
  • Leek
  • Red onion
  • Tabasco
  • Soy sauce
  • Ginger powder

Preparation

  1. Boil the noodles.
  2. Cut the vegetables.
  3. Fry the vegetables.
  4. Add tabasco, soy sauce, ginger powder, pepper and salt.
  5. Add the noodles and stir-fry briefly.
  6. Heat the deep fryer to 180 °C.
  7. Deep-fry the Crackers for approx. 10 seconds.
  8. Finish the wok with Cracker Red Curry.
