Grilled vegetables with hummus and Cracker Smoked Pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice the vegetables and grill them in a grill pan.
  2. Spread the hummus on the plate and place the fried vegetables on top.
  3. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  4. Fry the crackers for +- 10 seconds in the deep fryer. For best results, use sunflower or peanut oil.
  5. Top the vegetables with Cracker Smoked Paprika, Natural Sauce Aji Amarillo, Caviaroli Basil and cress.
