Coupe red fruits with Cracker Rose Water

Ingredients

  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Crémeux Ruby Chocolate & Peach
  • Cracker Rose Water
  • Crumble Raspberry Yogurt
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Yopol

Preparation

  1. Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
  2. Deep-fry the crackers +- 10 seconds in the preheated deep fryer.
  3. Spoon Crumble Raspberry Yogurt into a bowl.
  4. Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
  5. Cut the strawberries into pieces.
  6. Add strawberries and raspberries.
  7. Finish with Crémeux Ruby Chocolate & Peach, Yopol and Cracker Rose Water.
