Preparation
Preheat the deep fryer to 180°C.
Deep-fry the crackers +- 10 seconds in the preheated deep fryer.
Spoon Crumble Raspberry Yogurt into a bowl.
Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
Cut the strawberries into pieces.
Add strawberries and raspberries.
Finish with Crémeux Ruby Chocolate & Peach, Yopol and Cracker Rose Water.
