Bordalou Basic with Kiwi Fruit

  • Cream
  • Kiwi fruit

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Bake at 170°C, thawed approx. 40 minutes, frozen approx. 50 minutes, depending on your type of oven. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Whisk the cream.
  4. Put the whipped cream on the cold bordalou.
  5. Cut the kiwi fruit into slices.
  6. Cover the whipped cream with kiwi fruit.
