Tarte Tatin with steak

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Bake the steak and let rest for a while.
  5. Cut the steak into thin slices and place on top of the Tarte Tatin.
  6. Finish with salad, meat gravy and Crunchy Grains & Seeds Quinoa.
