Tarte Tatin Pearl Onions & Thyme with burger

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C.
  2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen.
  3. Place them in the oven and bake for 18 minutes at 180 °C.
  4. Bake the burger and place it on top of the Tarte Tatin.
  5. Finish with Natural Sauce Salsa Brava and Aji Amarillo and cress.
