Filip Peeters is not just an inspiration, but a man of many talents who combines his passion for cooking and acting into a unique culinary adventure. Before entering the world of theatre and film, Filip was a cook at the two-star restaurant "Barbizon" in Overijse. His culinary journey began with a degree in restaurateur and a specialisation in patisserie, but soon his attention was drawn to the stage and the camera.

During the Corona lockdown, however, a new chapter in Filip Peeters' life emerged. He started making Tarte Tatins, upside-down apple pies, which soon found their way from his home kitchen to family, friends and eventually restaurants and caterers. What started as a creative activity soon became a commercial success, and Filip had to look for a producer to meet the growing demand.

That's how he got in touch with Dirk from Didess, and together they launched four delicious Tarte Tatins, from classic apple lime to surprising pearl onions with thyme. But Filip didn't stop there. With his project "Les vianderies folles", he also developed unique charcuterie products, focusing on respect for the animal and artisanal taste. Thus was born Les Soeurs Miller's very first pâté, courtesy of a pig from Le Devant farm in Bourg-en-Bresse.

It is the most important women in his life - his wife An Miller and their two daughters Louisa and Leonce - who inspire his dishes and form the soul of his culinary adventure.
