As a young pastry chef, Carlos Deleye participated in trade fairs and competitions around the world and, despite his youth, he frequently came home with prizes. In 1993, he left his bakery in order to launch Deleye Products. The company has grown from an unknown name in the frozen assortment to the darling of the entire pastry world.
