Vegan Crème Brûlée

This crème brûlée is completely vegan, with no added sugars, so totally suitable for diabetics.

It has the well-known creamy mouth feel of the classic variant and is flavoured with real Madagascar (Bourbon) Vanilla.

Sweetess; the accompanying sugar substitute to sprinkle over the Crème Brûlée is low in calories and rich in fibre. You use it in a 1:1 ratio to replace the sugar. The crème brûlée is oven-baked in a brown terracotta plate and freezer-proof, so that it does not become watery after thawing and the creamy structure is retained. Very easy to use: defrost, burn off and ready to serve! After defrosting, it can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days.
