The Crispy-Foams are crunchy meringues that melt in the mouth: a new experience of texture. The meringues are enriched with intense flavours: Coffee-Cocoa, Red Beet-Yoghurt and Lychee-Passion Fruit. Unlike meringues, these meringues can be cut in half or punctured to fill them with a delicious cream.
