1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C. 2. Remove the Tarte Tatins from the freezer and carefully remove the ring and loosen the paper while they are still frozen. 3. Place them in the oven and bake for just 18 minutes at 180 °C. 4. Serve warm. It also pairs perfectly with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, coconut ice cream, Greek yoghurt, chocolate sauce, passion fruit coulis, fresh berries or a dollop of whipped cream.
