Defrost for 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator. Bake quiches at 180°C, defrosted 20 to 25 minutes, frozen 30 to 35 minutes. For quick preparation, place the quiches in the microwave and then briefly under the salamander. Serve the quiches as a lunch dish combined with a fresh salad, cut into pieces as an appetizer or as a garnish to a main dish.
Store at -18°C. After thawing, store between 0 and 4°C for up to 8 days. Do not refreeze a defrosted product.
