Artisan and very richly filled Belgian quiches. Based on fresh cream, smoked salmon, ricotta, red pepper and home-made base.
Defrost 6-8 hours in the fridge. Bake quiches at 180°C, thawed 20 to 25 minutes, frozen 30 to 35 minutes. For quick preparation, place the quiches in the microwave and then briefly under the broiler. Serve the quiches as lunch in combination with a fresh salad, cutted into pieces as an appetizer or as a garnish with a main course.
Store at -18°C. After thawing, store maximum 8 days at 0 to 4°C. Never refreeze products that have been thawed.
