Traditional Quiche Lorraine in a Belgian way. The thin crust of the quiche is home made and gives plenty of room to the rich filling of fresh cream, bacon strips and onion.
Defrost 6-8 hours in the fridge. Bake quiches at 180°C, thawed 20 to 25 minutes, frozen 30 to 35 minutes. For quick preparation, place the quiches in the microwave and then briefly under the broiler. Serve the quiches as a lunch dish in combination with a fresh salad, cut into pieces as an appetizer or as a garnish with a main course.
Store at -18°C. Save maximum 8 days after defrosting between 0 and 4°C. Do not freeze a defrosted product again.
