Biscuits to break

Inspired by the many food cultures in which people eat together and share their food, the bakers at Didess came up with the idea of making biscuits to break. Made with real butter, of course. The biscuits are extra brittle and offer your guests a cosy way to share. They can also be used as a pastry base for a Belgian biscuit tart, a hip trifle or traditional tiramisu.
