Last year we welcomed many professional chefs and hospitality industry entrepreneurs to our Pop-Up Creative Taste Experience Office in Mercado, where they enjoyed a spectacular demo by Dirk Peeters and/or Luc Vandenbergh with plenty of inspiration and sensation for Barfood and Dessert. A demo full of inspiring dishes and desserts, made with the products by Didess, Frozen Elements and R&D Food Revolution and served on the unique materials by 100% chef.
