Measures against the spread of the Corona virus

During the last couple of days, you have all been informed through various channels, about the drastic measures the Belgian and foreign governments have issued.

We, at Didess, Food Products and R&D Food Revolution, have also been in an increased state of vigilance and caution since Monday 16th of March. We strictly follow the guidelines of the government.

We have taken extensive measures to minimize the risk of spreading the COVID-19 virus through our employees:

• We continue our deliveries to our customers, with the utmost vigilance and by taking our       precautions

• We stop all unnecessary, physical customer contacts, representatives, account managers,
visitors, technicians, visitors, ... Everything is done by telephone from home or workplace,     with the exception of urgent emergencies and complaints that cannot be resolved by
   telephone

• All meetings are postponed or take place by telephone or video conference.

• Staff who can work from home will no longer be in the office from March 16.

• Production personnel and truck drivers will work, if the necessary precautions are taken
according to the daily planned schedule. They are informed of this daily by telephone.
These measures include disinfecting hands when entering / in between, keeping a
sufficient distance, blowing a paper handkerchief and keeping a sufficient distance (1.5m)
from each other. Reporting the least disease symptom to the person responsible is also
   necessary.

• Our drivers avoid any physical contact, they limit the visit to the delivery of the goods, and they leave the delivery note on the pallets. These do not need to be signed off.

These measures will be further tightened if necessary, on the basis of current developments and guidelines from Public Health and the Government. And we do this because we feel responsible for the elderly and weak in our company, in our families, with our customers and with the business contacts we have.

If you have any further questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us. Within office hours we can be reached through our contact details on top of this letter, outside office hours through our emergency number: +32 (0) 14 63 98 79.

Our heart goes to everyone! We wish all our customers, suppliers, catering, family,
friends, ... a lot of strength in this difficult time!
