Ingredients

• Bordalou Basic
• Mini Sfera Exotic
• Pastry Bag Exotic Crémeux
• Lime zest
• Icing sugar

Preparation

1. Bake at 170°C, thawed approx. 40 minutes, frozen approx. 50 minutes, depending on your type of oven. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Cool to room temperature.
2. Cover the Bordalou with Pastry Bag Exotic Crémeux
3. Place the frozen Mini Sfera Exotic on the Bordalou.
4. Finish with lime zest and icing sugar.
