• Carré Cappuccino
• Dentelles Dessert
• Carré Mocha Chocoflakes
• Coffee foam
  • Lecité
  • instant coffee
  • water
  • pump for air
• Cress

Preparation

1. Scoop 3 scoops of ice cream.
2. Decorate with the various decorartion.
3. For the foam: dissolve 3 spoonfuls of instant coffee, add Lecité, mix well, pump.
4. Finish with some coffee foam and cress.
