Bordalou Basic with Peach

Ingredients

  • Bordalou Basic
  • Cream
  • Peach

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Bake at 170°C, thawed approx. 40 minutes, frozen approx. 50 minutes, depending on your type of oven. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Whisk the cream.
  4. Put the whipped cream on the cold bordalou.
  5. Cut the peach in pieces.
  6. Cover the whipped cream with pieces of peach.
