Bordalou Basic with Banana

Ingredients

  • Bordalou Basic
  • Cream
  • Banana
  • Hazelnuts

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Bake at 170°C, thawed approx. 40 minutes, frozen approx. 50 minutes, depending on your type of oven. Allow to cool thoroughly before removing from pan. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Whisk the cream.
  4. Put the whipped cream on the cold bordalou.
  5. Cut the banana into pieces.
  6. Cover the whipped cream with pieces of banana and finish with hazelnuts.
